A native of Solano, Napa, and Yolo County in Northern California his entire life is why he chose to specialize in these
regions to assist real estate buyers and sellers. Curtis grew up in a family business
and that experience has given him a greater understanding for both the needs of
the customer and the businessperson that have shaped him into the real estate
expert today. Curtis specializes in farms and ranch type properties as he
understands leases, agricultural issues, property lines, easements, wells,
septic systems, and utilities, and the relationships he has built over the
decades with farmers is second to none for the area.
Curtis has previously served as a member
of the Board of Directors for the Northern Solano County Association of
Realtors and a director of the California Association of Realtors. Curtis
served as the President of the Northern Solano County Association of REALTORS®
for 2018. More recently Curtis has been the number one ranked sales agent
nationwide for United Country Real Estate out 5,000+ agents from 2016-2022!
