Chad Stocking
Serving Yolo and Surrounding Counties - BRE#01816023
Chad was born and raised in Yolo and Solano County and has never moved away from the area. Chad is a family man and was raised that way; he has three sisters and is very close to his parents and extended family members as well. Growing up Chad loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting with his uncle and cousins and loving every minute of it.
After graduating from Winters High School, Chad studied Business, Real Estate, and Criminal Justice at Solano Community College. At the same time, he coached middle school basketball, and over time, his love for sports influenced his career path and then went to work for Nike. He eventually became a shipping and receiving manager for one of the largest stores in the country. Chad, never one to get far away from family and sales, decided that Real Estate would be a great opportunity for both. He currently works within the Stocking Real Estate Team with his father, Curtis, and sister, Jackie.
When Chad isn’t working, he loves to be with family and friends, whether that is visiting with them at their homes to BBQing for them, heading out to the lake, throwing a line out, or going on a hike. Chad is still active in sports, playing in various basketball leagues from Sacramento to Vacaville.
Volunteering is another thing that is near and dear to his heart. Every year he donates his time and money to help with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) in a program called Locked-Up. Another event that is very close to him and his family is that of RememberAVet.Net. This organization helps raise funds to purchase wreaths to lay during the holiday season to ensure each gravesite at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery is recognized and honored.
Chad is a very driven person and very people-oriented, his passion to help others is what sets him apart from others. He is very eager and willing to stop at a moment’s notice to help those in need, and because of these characteristics, he will be the very best agent for your home and property needs.
